We agree with Mr. Simon on this one. Wine makes life colorful, and when shared with great friends, it has the ability to make life rich. We love our friends as we love our wine and when they are paired, life is in perfection. Add to this mixture great foods, and you’ve just found flour + wine.

We might have had alcohol in our systems for 2 straight weeks as reps from all over held one wine tasting after the next for us. (yes, we feel we’re pretty lucky too) After a lot of swirling, sipping and sampling, we finally narrowed down our list. While all the wines work fabulously as “stand-alones” for the after-work and after-dinner set, our selection was also created to pair fabulously with our dinner offerings at flour+wine.
