PK ČR’s Working Group for Trade and Marketing has worked on the preparation of a system of “guild quality standards” for evaluating the compositional quality of products on the Czech market. In 2016, the ČCN Evaluation Commission met several times and in the course of individual meetings approved a series of guild standards and applications for the inclusion of products on the list of foods that meet Czech guild standards. In the course of the year, a web application was started to allow registered users to upload both proposals of guild standards and applications for the inclusion of a product.
